摘要:Language creative products encompass four types: naming services, advertising copywriting, language landscapes, and language-based cultural creative products. The supply of language creative products is an important part of building a high-quality language life, which is related not only to the satisfaction of social language aesthetic needs but also to the comprehensive release of language productivity. On the basis of existing research, it is necessary to reflect on the cognitive progress of the composition of language creative products, focus on the supply situation of the language creative sector, further explore the measurement of the economic scale of China’s language creative sector, and attempt to conduct a more in-depth systematic study of that sector. At present, the annual economic scale of China’s language creative sector is over 350 billion yuan. Based on the research on the supply of the current language creative sector and the exploration of the problems it faces, we propose response strategies: Firstly, to promote the establishment of language creative sector organizations, formulate sector norms and standards, establish industry awareness, and strengthen industry consciousness; secondly, to conduct a survey on the sector, dynamically grasp the development and changes of supply and demand, and lay the foundation for effective supply; thirdly, to cultivate high-quality language creative talents and strengthen the protection of language creative intellectual property rights; fourthly, to actively integrate technological awareness and thinking into sector development planning, and carry out technological transformation of product research and development, production, and sales models.

摘要:International Chinese language education is an important practice for China to participate in global language governance. Currently, the academic community has achieved certain results, but there is a lack of systematic thinking in placing international Chinese language education within the macroscopic framework of global language governance. This article conducts research on international Chinese language education from the perspective of global language governance, identifying four structural challenges it faces, namely language governance deficits caused by supply-demand tensions and capacity gaps, language governance failure due to collaborative dilemmas and the suspension of rights and responsibilities, language governance imbalance resulting from instrumental rationality and cognitive inertia, and language governance risks hidden by technological governance and algorithmic black boxes. In response to these challenges, this article constructs a “five-in-one” development path: leading the value direction with strategic drive, breaking the barriers of subjects with diverse collaboration, reshaping the disciplinary core with value orientation, enhancing regulatory effectiveness with digital empowerment, and ensuring long-term development with legal norms. Research shows that only by achieving a leap from the traditional “language promotion” to the modern “global language governance” paradigm can structural contradictions be resolved and the global public product attributes and governance efficiency of international Chinese language education be effectively improved.

摘要:The income from the trade of mineral products is an important foundation of Australia’s fiscal revenue and promotes the development of the Australian economy. In 2017, China-Australia economic and trade relations entered a comprehensive regression, and the economic and trade frictions between the two countries began to increase. Although the bilateral trade volume between China and Australia is still growing, China’s investment in Australia has dropped sharply. Since 2020, both sides of the China-Australia trade have initiated anti-dumping investigations and gradually escalated them. At the same time, traveling to Australia and studying abroad have also been severely affected. In this context, it is of great significance to study the development of Australian mineral products and its international competitiveness from the perspective of Sino-Australian trade. This article starts from the current development status of Australia’s mining and mineral products trade, uses index analysis to study the international competitiveness of Australia’s mineral products, and then uses the CMS model to decompose its export competitiveness into four time periods on the basis of the China-Australia mineral product trade data. Furthermore, it clarifies the bilateral trade development cooperation model and the development characteristics and driving factors of each stage, explores the potential, development trend, and international competitiveness growth point of Australia’s future mining development, and analyzes the existing problems and trends of the future mineral trade between the two countries for analysis. The development of Australian mining and mineral products trade and the future bilateral mining development cooperation provide theoretical support and empirical basis, and provide strategic suggestions for the future development of Australian mining.
