In the review of the 30th anniversary of the founding of International Sinology, a detailed account was given of the journal's development from a folk academic journal to a formal academic journal. Under the guidance of Mr. Ren Jiyu, the publication was launched and steadily published with the support of the Commercial Press and Elephant Publishing House. Finally, with the help of Beijing Foreign Studies University, it obtained the official national publication number. The article expresses nostalgia and gratitude to Mr. Ren Jiyu, Mr. Zhou Changlin, Mr. Wu Junshen and other individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of the publication.
