The organization and effectiveness of the national finals of the "Learn Constitution and Speak Constitution" activity for students were discussed, emphasizing the contestants' ability to integrate the Constitution with daily life. In particular, a speech by a visually impaired student left a deep impression on the judges, demonstrating the practical impact of the Constitution on personal life. Zhao Qian emphasized the importance of young people learning about the Constitution, including improving knowledge awareness, shaping concepts, and enhancing behavioral practices. He proposed that constitutional education should cover both professional education and national education, and design personalized education programs for young people at different stages. Zhao Qian also emphasized the importance of cultivating young people's knowledge, awareness, and abilities in the rule of law, including their understanding of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, theory, and practice. He suggested that legal education workers should adhere to the leadership of the Party, clarify the content and methods of legal education, and combine education with the actual situation of young people.
