Vice Minister Xiong Sihao emphasized that teachers and students are the focus of constitutional propaganda and education, and we need to enhance our legal literacy and build a rule of law China. The event has set up sub venues nationwide, and teachers and students participate in the flag raising ceremony and "Constitution Morning Reading" online, singing theme songs together. The winners of the 9th National Student "Study Constitution and Speak Constitution" National Finals have been announced, and outstanding contestants will perform. Comrades from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice and other units, as well as representatives of teachers and students, participated in the activity. Since 2014, the Ministry of Education has organized the "Constitution Morning Reading" activity every year, which has become an important tool and brand for youth constitutional and legal education.
