Emphasis was placed on the importance of the legal literacy of young people in building a rule of law China, and policy documents from General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party were cited to highlight the necessity of strengthening legal education for young people. The 9th National Student "Study Constitution and Speak Constitution" series of activities were introduced, showcasing the achievements of student representatives in legal education. It is proposed that in order to further improve the legal education of young people, continuous efforts should be made from four aspects: consolidating the foundation, expanding the content, strengthening practice, and enhancing the effectiveness. Specific measures include connecting with the national smart education platform, conducting online legal training, strengthening the construction of the "three classrooms" for legal education, conducting a series of activities with constitutional education as the core, strengthening the construction of practical demonstration bases for legal education, and utilizing VR and AR technology to enhance the effectiveness of legal education. Finally, it is emphasized that "Youth Rule of Law Education" will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, continue to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and educating people, improve the promotion and education of the rule of law, strengthen the mode of educating people through the practice of the rule of law, and contribute to the cultivation of new people in the times and the promotion of national rejuvenation.
