Reviewing the work priorities of the English Learning magazine over the past year, the importance of returning to language and language teaching was emphasized. The publication has taken three key measures: strengthening the integration of foundation and literacy, paying attention to exam dynamics to respond to practical needs, and promoting collaboration under curriculum guidance. At the same time, we recognize the problems that exist in frontline teaching and plan to adhere to a learner centered process orientation, focus on analyzing the effectiveness of teaching processes, and tap into the potential of language materials to promote learning. Looking ahead to the future, the publication will continue to innovate and provide professional support for frontline teachers.
