This is the author's speech at the 10th anniversary celebration of the founding of German Humanities Research. The author first expressed congratulations and gratitude to the magazine and its editorial department, reviewed the development process of the magazine from "German Language Learning" to "German Humanities Research", and emphasized Professor Zhu Yan's expectations and influence on the magazine. The author mentioned the growth of the magazine over the past decade, witnessing the publication of excellent articles, the hard work of editors, the growth of readers, and the expansion of the magazine's influence. At the same time, the author also mentioned Professor Zhu Yan's discourse on Orientalism and the promotion of traditional Chinese culture, as well as the bridging role of German Language Learning (Academic Edition) between old and new publications. The author praised the academic value and cultural perspective of the magazine, believing that it is a heterogeneous space of persistence and ideals in the tide of the times. Finally, the author expresses his best wishes for the future of the magazine and thanks it for providing a spiritual home and humanistic platform over the past decade.
