1、 Feasibility analysis of integrating geographical indications into legal education

The feasibility of integrating geographical indications into legal education was analyzed, and its role in building the "Great Ideological and Political Course" was emphasized. Geographical indications, as teaching resources, have the advantages of being close to life, rich in connotation, and diverse in form, which can stimulate students' learning initiative and improve the effectiveness of legal education. Protecting geographical indications is of great significance for building a strong intellectual property country, as it can guide students to participate deeply and meet the requirements of cultivating core competencies in the country. Geographical indications are still an excellent medium for interdisciplinary teaching, and their application in legal education is conducive to forming educational synergy, improving teachers' educational and teaching abilities, creating a strong legal education atmosphere, and promoting students' comprehensive development.

2、 The operational process of integrating geographical indications into legal education

This article introduces the operational process of integrating geographical indications into high school legal education, including three steps: creating life experience sheets, classroom study sheets, and social practice sheets. The life experience sheet aims to bring students closer to geographical indications and stimulate emotional experiences; Classroom study sheets allow students to think independently and construct a knowledge system through task sheets; Social practice involves various forms of practical activities, leveraging the organizational functions of various social entities, utilizing legal resources, and building a legal practice base to comprehensively, fairly, and objectively evaluate students' practical abilities.

3、 Case study on the integration of geographical indications into legal education

Explored how to integrate geographical indications into legal education, and based on the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, designed a lesson example on "Geographical Indications Supporting Economic Development". Through activities such as family surveys, classroom discussions, and social practices, students are encouraged to understand the rationality and legality of geographical indications, respect intellectual property rights, and establish a sense of the rule of law. At the same time, the importance of scientific evaluation in education was emphasized, and a supporting learning evaluation form was proposed. In addition, the interdisciplinary integration of geographical indications in legal education, such as history, geography, biology, and political science, was discussed, as well as how to create an atmosphere of social participation in legal education through geographical indication education.
