The procuratorial organs bear the responsibility of protecting minors and preventing crime, as well as the mission of promoting the spirit of the Constitution to minors. Prosecutors need to promote constitutional knowledge from a child's perspective in an easily understandable way, helping them protect their rights and comply with the law. The People's Procuratorate of Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, has cooperated with relevant departments to innovate the mode of legal publicity, create an atmosphere of learning and abiding by the law for minors, purify the growth environment, and build a system for the protection of minors that involves the participation of families, schools, and social politics.

1、 Prosecution Blue+Pea Green ", Supporting the Seven Color Dream of Childhood

This article introduces the Children's Art Evening Party jointly organized by the People's Procuratorate of Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City and the Yuhong Community Children's Home, which promotes legal knowledge and safety awareness through the program. The evening party marks the launch of the "Prosecution Blue+Pea Green" cooperation model, aimed at protecting the growth of minors through the linkage of families, schools, and communities. The cooperation model emphasizes the forward movement of legal supervision and protection work for minors, introduces protection from other units and organizations, and allows children to participate in legal publicity as "little observers" to enhance legal knowledge and self-protection awareness. At the same time, pay attention to minors who have violated the law or committed crimes, and help them regain their confidence in life and smoothly return to society through social practice activities, practical education, and psychological counseling.

2、 'Go out+invite in', a fun and educational legal classroom

Introduced a rule of law classroom for minors, aimed at enabling children to learn legal knowledge through an entertaining and educational approach. Prosecutors have transformed into rule of law teachers, setting up classes on campus and in the prosecutor's office to enhance children's interest in learning through diverse themes, image demonstrations, small cases and stories, and easy to understand language. Children actively participate in discussions in class and demonstrate a thirst for legal knowledge. In addition, the procuratorate also held an open day event, inviting children to visit the procuratorate, learn about judicial procedures and special procedures for juvenile cases, and learn about the prevention of sexual assault and school bullying. The procuratorate has become an extracurricular classroom for children, providing them with a new perspective for learning legal knowledge.

The importance of the growth environment for minors was emphasized, and it was pointed out that minors are easily influenced by their surrounding environment and need a good growth environment to promote their physical and mental health development. Through case analysis, the potential harm of harmful phenomena such as "cigarette card" games to minors was revealed, and the special action carried out by the Guanshanhu District People's Procuratorate in conjunction with relevant departments to purify the environment for minors' growth was introduced. At the same time, the overall nature of the protection of minors was emphasized, and measures such as establishing a research group, conducting in-depth community research, and urging parents to fulfill their responsibilities were taken to comprehensively protect minors. Finally, citing data from the White Paper on Juvenile Prosecution Work (2023), it is pointed out that cases of juvenile delinquency and crimes against minors are on the rise, and the whole society is called upon to participate in the protection of minors and prevent juvenile delinquency.
