1 Introduction

Emphasis was placed on the importance of biometric information in personal identification, especially language biometric information, including verbal voiceprints and written handwriting. It pointed out the uniqueness and security of biometric information, while paying attention to its use in criminal investigation, bank identity verification, and big data applications. The article also mentioned the role of language biometric information in national information security, as well as the insufficient attention paid to this field in current research. Finally, the article highlights the importance of language biometric information security protection and explores the existing problems and challenges, aiming to provide reference for future research and practice.

Personal biometric information includes fingerprints, facial features, DNA, etc., which have individual differences and are widely used for identity recognition and secure encryption. Language biometric information, such as speech and handwriting, is closely related to personal thoughts, displays true intentions, has personal idiomatic features and behavioral meanings, and can be used for identity differentiation. Speech and handwriting, as biometric information, have the characteristics of large information volume and convenient collection. Once leaked, it will result in the loss of a large amount of meaningful information and require special protection. At present, language biometric information is mainly used in fields such as investigation and rule of law, finance and commerce, safety and health, and personal characteristic analysis. There is relatively little research on personal language biometric information in China, lacking attention and industry standards, which may affect its security. Voiceprint technology is widely used on mobile devices, but related research and literature mainly focus on the field of investigation and rule of law, with insufficient research on new areas such as financial and commercial security.

The real problems and threats facing the security of biometric information in 3 languages

Biological big data has played an important role in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of biosafety and proposed to establish a national legal and regulatory system for biosafety. The promulgation of the Biosafety Law has a guiding role in the construction of the national biosafety system. However, there are shortcomings in the protection of language biometric information in China, with insufficient attention given to it. Technical standards and behavioral norms have not yet been formed, and the legal and regulatory system is not perfect.

5 Suggestions for Protecting Language Biometric Information

This chapter proposes four suggestions for the protection of language biometric information. Firstly, it is recommended to improve relevant legislation, clarify the legal status of "personal language biometric information", integrate different legal systems, add operational provisions, protect speech and handwriting from being misused, and protect information content from being used to violate privacy. Secondly, it is recommended to strengthen law enforcement management, establish specialized regulatory departments, improve software development admission standards, and strictly manage software access to user language permissions. Thirdly, encourage industry management norms, refine management regulations for different application areas, require software developers to provide privacy settings options, clarify recording permissions, increase recording deletion functions, and enhance user privacy awareness. Finally, it is recommended to enhance public awareness of protection and rights protection through media promotion, and proactively protect personal information security.

6 Conclusion

The paper points out that language biometric information has a wide range of applications in the fields of investigation, rule of law, and financial commerce, but there is a lack of relevant research and legal norms. It is recommended to improve laws and regulations, strengthen law enforcement management, standardize industry management, and enhance public awareness of protection.
