The Ministry of Education has launched the "Three Talents" plan for vocational education, aiming to cultivate renowned vocational education teachers (craftsmen) and principals in the new era. The plan is to select 210 renowned teachers (craftsmen) from higher vocational schools, 50 principals from secondary vocational schools, and 23 training bases through a three-year cycle. The goal is to create a dual teacher type famous teacher (master) with firm ideals and beliefs, noble professional ethics, outstanding educational and teaching abilities, as well as an educator type famous principal with advanced educational concepts, accurate educational positioning, courage to innovate, and proficiency in modern governance. The plan includes establishing an integrated training system and management mechanism, building national level studios and inheritance innovation platforms, and playing a leading role in demonstration. The trainees need to lead the construction of the studio, strengthen the full cycle construction and process management. The training base needs to develop personalized training plans, form training teams, expand training methods, establish management methods and evaluation mechanisms. Provincial education administrative departments need to include the training objects in the construction of talent teams, provide benefits and support policies, arrange funding support, coordinate the cultivation and studio construction within the domain, and enhance the ability and quality of teachers and principals.
