In the teaching of "Rule of Law Government", four learning sites are set up based on the case of "Shandong Zibo Barbecue", each with specific tasks such as thinking about problems, returning to textbooks, organizing discussions, and linking reality, aiming to enhance the credibility and execution of the government. In the teaching design of "fundamental political system", three sub topic sites are set up with the case of "the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress" to improve the core quality of the discipline through independent thinking, exchange of views and other activities. The teaching design of "Basic Political System" takes "Guilin Village Revitalization and Development" as a case study, setting up two stations to explore grassroots governance and village autonomy, making the teaching process organized and clear. Excellent topic based teaching design requires teachers to cleverly conceive and use cases to guide students to gradually improve their subject literacy.
