This article introduces the Zhengyang Weijian Rule of Law Deputy School (Park) Leader Lecture Team established by the People's Procuratorate of Dongcheng District, Beijing. The team consists of more than 40 people, including members of the hospital's Party group, and is responsible for carrying out legal education activities to middle schools, vocational schools, primary schools, and kindergartens in the jurisdiction. Emphasis was placed on the importance of legal education starting from the kindergarten stage. Faced with the abstract nature of constitutional knowledge, legal provisions, and the spirit of the rule of law, the team conducted in-depth thinking and practical exploration. By carefully designing legal education themes, content, and forms for different audiences such as kindergarten children, faculty, and parents, we ensure that legal education activities receive positive feedback.

1、 Based on the cognitive level and physical and mental development characteristics of young children, carry out easy to understand and perceptible legal education activities

It emphasizes that when carrying out legal education in kindergartens, it is necessary to consider the cognitive level and physical and mental development characteristics of young children. By selecting themes and content that young children can understand, such as the parts of the constitution related to their life experiences, and using lively language and rich forms of expression, such as animation, comics, and picture books, legal knowledge can be explained. For example, by interacting with young children, guiding them to understand the regularity of the Constitution and laws, and by telling stories of constitutional amendments, allowing young children to understand the importance of the Constitution. In addition, it also introduced how to enhance children's interest and understanding of the law through various forms of lectures such as legal education picture books and outdoor legal story classes.

2、 Conduct research on the legal needs of faculty and staff, combine with social hotspots, and carry out legal education activities to enhance their awareness of law-abiding and self-protection

Introduced legal education activities for kindergarten teachers and staff, designed legal education courses that meet the needs of teachers and staff through communication with schools, and improved the interest and pertinence of the courses. During the revision and implementation of the "Two Laws", special legal education will be carried out to clarify the protection responsibilities of teachers and staff towards minors. After the implementation of the mandatory reporting system, special lectures and courses will be developed to accelerate the popularization and implementation of the system. Under the deployment of anti fraud activities, we provide legal education lectures and use various teaching methods to enhance the anti fraud awareness and ability of faculty and staff, and protect their property safety and legitimate rights and interests.

3、 Given the special nature of parental identity, we guide parents to raise children in accordance with the law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of children

Emphasis was placed on the crucial role of parents in early childhood legal education, providing legal lectures and courses to parents through various methods such as on-site teaching, video recording, and online live streaming, in order to enhance their legal awareness and ability to protect children's rights. The curriculum and lectures developed by the People's Procuratorate of Dongcheng District, Beijing aim to build a three-dimensional legal education network for kindergartens, families, and society, enhance the legal awareness of teachers, parents, and young children, and form a joint force to protect minors.
