Speaker Liu Ruixuan presented the importance and influence of the Constitution through her historical and personal experiences, under the theme of "Embracing Youth with Brush and Ink to Write the Constitution's Splendor". She reviewed Guan Zhong's ideas on the rule of law, the formulation of the May Fourth Constitution, and the role of the Constitution in the process of national rule of law. Liu Ruixuan shared her experience of popularizing the Constitution in school, telling the stories of Peng Zhen, Shen Jilan, and others, emphasizing the protection of individuals and families by the Constitution. She also mentioned the support of the Constitution for education, technology, culture, and other fields, as well as her experience of participating in mock court activities, realizing the importance of the Constitution in safeguarding citizens' rights. Finally, she expressed her determination as a youth of the new era to defend the Constitution with youth and wisdom, and contribute to the development of the country.
