This article introduces the background, guiding ideology, main objectives, and eight key tasks of the "Special Action Plan for Strengthening and Improving the Mental Health of Students in the New Era (2023-2025)". The Action Plan aims to implement the Party's education policy, enhance students' mental health literacy, and cultivate well-rounded socialist builders and successors. The eight key tasks include: promoting mental health through a combination of five aspects of education, strengthening mental health education, regulating mental health monitoring, improving psychological warning interventions, building a strong team of psychological talents, supporting mental health research, optimizing social psychological services, and creating a healthy growth environment. At the same time, the Action Plan emphasizes the improvement of organizational leadership, funding investment, and experience promotion as guarantee measures.
