The "Outline of Rule of Law Education for Youth" clearly defines the goal of rule of law education, which is to enable students to understand basic legal knowledge and establish a sense of rule of law. The purpose of this lesson is to guide students to understand the importance of the rule of law and lay a foundation for subsequent learning. By exploring the connection between life and law, revealing the necessity of law, and reviewing the process of China's rule of law construction, emphasizing the profound significance of comprehensively governing the country by law.

2、 Analysis of Learning Situation

The importance of cultivating the legal literacy of young people was emphasized, and it was pointed out that seventh grade students have a one-sided understanding of the law due to their immature physical and psychological development, limited thinking level, and social experience. Therefore, the teaching design aims to help them comprehensively understand legal knowledge, enhance legal awareness, improve legal literacy, and promote their healthy growth.

Adopting a topic based teaching approach, combined with self-directed learning, collaborative exploration, case analysis, and other methods, utilizing multimedia and rich teaching materials, and presenting through inductive deduction, the aim is to stimulate students' interest, enhance their awareness of the rule of law, understand the value of rule of law education, and enhance their sense of responsibility in building a rule of law country.

Introducing the topic of "lying flat cadres" through the Spring Festival Gala sketch "Pit" to stimulate students' interest in the relationship between law and life. By discussing the behavior of the characters in the skit and providing suggestions for rectifying the inaction of cadres, guide students to have a preliminary understanding of the importance of the law. Next, the teacher guides students to explore the laws around them, such as the Constitution, Civil Code, etc. Through activities such as flying flower orders, introducing laws, and reading texts, students are made aware of the close relationship between law and life. Teachers also compare ancient law with modern law to help students understand the essential characteristics of the rule of law and appreciate the connotation of the supremacy of law and equality for all in modern society.
