1、 Analysis of Teaching Content

The Civil Code establishes a special chapter in the Personality Rights section to protect personal information and address threats to personal information security in the data age. This course is based on the "Outline of Youth Rule of Law Education" and combines the characteristics of seventh grade students to explain the importance of personal information protection. The aim is to cultivate students' awareness and literacy of the rule of law, and to become loyal advocates, conscious followers, and steadfast defenders of socialist rule of law.

2、 Analysis of Learning Situation

Middle school students are in a critical period of forming their thinking, consciousness, and abilities. Although seventh grade students have a sense of rules, they lack awareness of the rule of law and the concept of safeguarding their rights. Teachers need to guide students to analyze legal events, real-life cases, and legal issues in order to enhance their awareness of abiding by the law and safeguarding their rights, and promote their understanding, recognition, reverence, and practice of the Civil Code.

3、 Teaching philosophy

Explained the teaching philosophy, including the concept of life oriented education, emphasizing that education should be based on life, above life, and return to life; The activity-based curriculum concept advocates building classrooms through activities, respecting students' cognition and experience, and valuing experience and insight; And the concept of knowledge construction, advocating for a change in learning methods, emphasizing knowledge generation, and emphasizing self-directed, exploratory, and collaborative learning approaches.

The importance of the Civil Code in protecting personal information was emphasized, and the key and difficult points that need special attention in teaching were pointed out. The key is to enable students to master the specific provisions on personal information protection in the Civil Code and the methods for individual rights protection. The difficulty lies in helping students deeply understand the necessity of personal information protection and how to consciously abide by and apply relevant legal knowledge in daily life.

Through classroom recording, it demonstrated how to guide students to learn the relevant content on personal information protection in the Civil Code through teaching activities. Firstly, teachers introduce the topic of personal information leakage by playing audio and sharing personal experiences with students. Next, teachers guide students to identify which information belongs to personal information and cite the definition of personal information in the Civil Code to clarify the legal protection scope of personal information. Then, through case analysis, discuss the harm and countermeasures of personal information leakage, emphasizing the role of law in protecting personal information. Finally, teachers encourage students to become "Code promoters" by creating posters and other means to promote the importance of personal information protection and strengthen students' awareness of the rule of law and self-protection abilities. The entire chapter aims to enhance students' awareness of personal information protection and educate them on how to protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law through interactive teaching.

By using case teaching method, the personal information protection provisions of the Civil Code are closely linked to students' lives, emphasizing the combination of legal knowledge and real life. The course design adopts an activity-based subject curriculum model, which achieves an organic combination of course content and activities through three chapters, highlighting the theme of the rule of law, with clear logic and distinct rhythm. Teachers guide students to learn independently, collaboratively, and through inquiry, using case studies to explain and scenario based education to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning. The course focuses on cultivating students' political identity, legal awareness, and public participation literacy. Through role-playing and other activities, students can experience legal knowledge, learn how to protect their rights, and develop law-abiding habits.
