This article introduces the progress of China's smart court information system construction, especially the launch of the "People's Court Online Service" platform, which integrates litigation service functions such as mediation, filing, and grading, providing one-stop online judicial services for parties. The platform integrates more than 3500 courts across the country, providing over 10 million services per day, significantly reducing the number of times parties travel to and from the court. Through a case study, it demonstrated how to successfully resolve inter provincial disputes through online mediation on this platform. In addition, the opening of four major public platforms such as China Judgments Online and the construction of a judicial trial information resource library were also mentioned, providing the public with rich judicial information resources. The normative documents such as the "Online Litigation Rules of the People's Courts" issued by the Supreme People's Court provide legal protection for online judicial services. Finally, the important role of informatization in promoting the construction of smart rule of law was emphasized, and the public was encouraged to solve legal problems through online platforms.
