We should pay attention to key groups such as leading cadres and young people, and use carriers such as constitutional commemoration, oath taking, and textbook construction to carry out constitutional education in schools, communities, media, and other venues. At the same time, we must confidently promote the advantages of China's constitutional system and firmly oppose erroneous words and actions. During the 2022 Constitution Promotion Week, the Fujian Provincial Court launched a constitutional education activity for primary school students, which became a highlight.

1、 New demands and challenges: difficulties faced in carrying out constitutional propaganda and education for lower primary school students

Judges in the Juvenile and Family Court of Fujian Province are facing new challenges in promoting legal education, namely how to popularize constitutional knowledge to lower primary school students. Judges need to create a constitutional education model suitable for young children, which not only imparts constitutional knowledge but also stimulates interest and cultivates the concept of the rule of law. Constitutional education should focus on inspiring students' understanding of the spirit of the Constitution, making them feel the close connection between the Constitution and personal life, and thus establishing a consciousness of respecting the Constitution in their hearts.

2、 New Practice and Exploration: A New Attempt at Constitutional Propaganda and Education for Primary School Students in Lower Grades

Judges in the Juvenile and Family Division of Fujian Provincial Court use various methods to promote and educate primary school students on the Constitution. Heuristic education guides students to understand the provisions of the Constitution regarding civil rights and national symbols by playing clips from the movie "Journey Home". Reflective education utilizes the story of "The Little Match Girl" to encourage students to reflect on the protection of minors' rights under the Constitution. Discovery based education enables students to recognize the important role of the Constitution in their personal lives through a timeline, such as the right to education, the right to vote, and the right to rest for workers. These new attempts aim to deepen the spirit of the Constitution into children's hearts and enhance students' awareness of the Constitution.

3、 New insights and achievements: Reflection on the positioning and path of constitutional propaganda and education

Constitutional education is crucial for young people, and appropriate educational methods should be adopted for different age groups starting from primary school. Primary school students should understand the relationship between the Constitution and life through stories and examples, while middle school students need to delve into the core content of the Constitution, such as the state and human rights. Educational methods should be diversified, including heuristic education, case analysis, and enriching activities, to cultivate legal awareness and thinking. As the fundamental law of the country, the Constitution is crucial for building a rule of law country. Judges should strive to encourage young people to deeply study the Constitution, establish their belief in the Constitution, and enhance their sense of constitutional identity.
