A survey found that 80% of students are willing to share stories with teachers, whose characteristics include friendliness, kindness, care, attentiveness, responsibility, and hard work. 60% of students have been misunderstood by teachers, but the majority do not know how to communicate and resolve the issue. 40% of students have no conflicts with teachers.

Three Teaching Designs

Through a series of teaching activities, the aim is to help students recall the warm moments spent with teachers, experience their care, understand the hardships of their work, and cultivate respect and gratitude towards them. The teaching focus is on using memory and experiential activities to help students understand the hard work of teachers, learn to communicate with teachers, and establish a democratic and equal teacher-student relationship. The teaching difficulty lies in how to make students truly understand the teacher's efforts and demonstrate respect and care in practical communication.
