The seminar will be held in Taiyuan, Shanxi from April 21 to 23, 2023, with the theme of "Literature and Mobility". It is hosted by the editorial department of Foreign Literature and organized by the School of Foreign Languages at Shanxi Normal University and the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. Nearly 300 experts and scholars from universities, research institutes, and journal editorial departments in 29 provinces and cities across the country participated. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Editor Jiang Hong, with Vice President Fan Zhefeng and Deputy Editor Ma Hailiang delivering speeches respectively. Vice President Duan Changcheng of Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press pointed out the spatiotemporal flow brought by April snow and high-speed rail travel.
