Explored the importance and intrinsic connection between unit holistic teaching and the view of English learning activities in the curriculum standards. Pointing out the insufficient research and practical exploration on the relationship between the two, emphasizing the necessity of understanding their respective connotations and solving practical problems. Unit based holistic teaching aims to solve the problem of fragmented teaching by constructing organized and structured courses through thematic significance and language learning activities. The organization of language learning activities should follow the laws of language learning to achieve unit teaching objectives and enhance students' core competencies. This requires teachers to apply scientific and reasonable teaching theories and methods at different levels to form more effective learning structures in language learning activities.
