1、 Introduction

This paper introduces the growth of the number of foreign students coming to China and the development of preparatory education after the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, and emphasizes the importance of strengthening the teaching model in preparatory education. At the same time, it pointed out the new requirements of the "Standards for Preparatory Education for Studying in China" for preparatory education, as well as the core position of vocabulary teaching in Chinese language teaching. With the increase of basic vocabulary in the "Preparatory Standards", the teaching of preparatory vocabulary is facing challenges and new teaching paths need to be explored to improve teaching efficiency.

2、 The necessity of strengthening the teaching of basic vocabulary and vocabulary concentration in preparatory courses

Emphasis was placed on the importance of pre college vocabulary in assessing language learners' ability levels, and its role as a reference standard in teaching and testing was pointed out. As mentioned in the article, with the continuous adjustment and improvement of pre college education standards, the basic vocabulary continues to grow to meet the needs of professional talent cultivation at the undergraduate level. By comparing different word lists, the level distribution and quantity growth of the basic vocabulary for preparatory courses were demonstrated, especially the vocabulary in the "Preparatory Standards" has increased to 5164 words, far exceeding the early standards. In addition, the chapter also discusses the necessity of centralized vocabulary reinforcement teaching. Compared with traditional decentralized vocabulary teaching, centralized reinforcement teaching can better meet the needs of pre college students to master a large number of vocabulary in a limited time. Through analyzing the vocabulary of textbooks such as "Chinese Course", it is pointed out that there is a gap between the vocabulary of existing textbooks and the graduation standards of preparatory courses, emphasizing the importance of exploring concentrated and strengthened teaching methods and paths. At the same time, the theoretical exploration and practice of vocabulary concentration reinforcement teaching in academia were reviewed, and it was pointed out that current research and practice are mostly focused on the intermediate and advanced stages, while teaching methods for the primary stage still need to be further studied.

3、 Exploration of the Path to Strengthening the Teaching of Preparatory Basic Vocabulary Concentration

Explored the implementation path of intensive teaching of basic vocabulary in preparatory courses, aiming to improve teaching efficiency and learners' vocabulary. Firstly, based on the characteristics of basic Chinese vocabulary, teaching strategies such as cultivating morpheme awareness, combining whole word teaching, and using typical contexts are proposed to help learners quickly master vocabulary. Secondly, emphasis should be placed on setting up specialized courses for pre college basic vocabulary, which complement other courses and achieve systematic and scientific teaching design. In addition, developing specialized textbooks and building digital teaching resources, such as integrated courseware and smart teaching systems, to provide support for vocabulary teaching. Finally, by utilizing teaching methods such as flipped classroom and smart classroom, and deeply integrating with information technology, the efficiency of vocabulary teaching can be improved. Through these strategies and methods, learners can develop the ability to understand and use vocabulary by analogy and drawing analogies.

4、 Conclusion

Discussed the standardization and systematization of pre college education in the new era, as well as the background of improving talent cultivation standards. Emphasis was placed on the challenges of improving basic vocabulary for education under the new standards, and four implementation paths for centralized reinforcement teaching were proposed: adopting vocabulary teaching strategies, setting up specialized courses, constructing supporting textbooks and digital resources, utilizing flipped classrooms and modern information technology. The ultimate goal is to expand vocabulary in the short term, cultivate self-learning ability, and lay the foundation for undergraduate studies. Subsequent research will continue to explore the construction of teaching models, curriculum design, and teaching resource development, as well as the testing of teaching effectiveness.
