Keynote Speech

The speech introduced the importance of Cuiyunlang as both a natural ecological and cultural heritage site, emphasizing the provisions of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China regarding ecological civilization and the protection of historical relics. Through field visits to Cuiyunlang, the speaker gained a deeper understanding of the Constitution's crucial role in its preservation, believing that the protection of Cuiyunlang reflects the Constitution's emphasis on ecological civilization and the inheritance of Chinese culture. The speaker called on young people to actively participate in building an ecological civilization, uphold the spirit of the Constitution, and contribute to creating a beautiful China.

Thematic Speech

Through personal experiences and observations, the speech explored the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture and the importance of the Constitution in protecting cultural heritage. From observing and documenting the Twenty-Four Solar Terms to learning and preserving intangible cultural heritage on campus, and from the cultural preservation efforts of the National Archives of Publications and Culture to the Chinese Academy of History, the speaker showcased the richness of traditional Chinese culture and the role of the Constitution in cultural inheritance. The speech emphasized that cultural heritage preservation is not only a national responsibility but also a mission for every citizen, calling on everyone to recognize and promote the value of Chinese culture.

Zeng Zhizhong, who won the championship in the junior high school division of the 8th National Student "Learning the Constitution, Speaking the Constitution" event, expressed excitement and enthusiasm. He stressed that the Constitution is the fundamental law of the nation, safeguarding a happy life, and that studying it has deepened his appreciation for the importance of the rule of law. His family joined him in learning the Constitution, actively participating in school legal education activities and the "Constitution Guardian" quiz. Together with classmates, he engaged in Constitution-themed activities at school, collectively studying constitutional knowledge and enhancing legal literacy. Although he has no clear career path yet, he recognizes the Constitution's guiding role in personal career choices and aspires to become someone who benefits society and contributes to the nation.
