Through the author's personal experience, the speech illustrates the practical application and significance of the Constitution in daily life. While traveling in western Sichuan, the author accidentally injured a lamb and, through mediation by a bilingual judge, gained a profound understanding of how the Constitution safeguards the rights of ethnic minorities to use their own languages in legal proceedings. Bilingual judges not only uphold ethnic unity in minority regions but also play a vital role in foreign-related legal affairs, reflecting the breadth of China's international exchanges and cooperation. The author expressed a desire to become a bilingual judge to uphold the spirit of the Constitution, amplify the voice of the rule of law, and share China's legal stories effectively.
